Revaluation Journal not created

Hello All,
While ran the Generate Revaluation process Revaluation journals not created. It's showing below error details. If any one facing similar issue please let us know your inputs.
I have configured below details.
1 Defined Currency rates.
2.Define Revaluation template with Gain and Loss accounts
3. Create foreign currency journal.
4. Generate Revaluation process.
5. verify process job completed with revaluation details.
