Need to have 'Show only approved Positions' on Redwood Create Job Req page be read only

Summary:

Our Talent Acquisition team would like me to have the 'Show only approved positions' to be read only or hidden. The check box is always checked when creating a new job requisition using Position. There is concern that Hiring Managers, who initiate Job Requisitions, will uncheck the box and then be able to create an opening that is not approved.

I do not see anything related to this field in the VBS Studio when looking at the initial page or when I click into the Configure Fields or Regions.

Does anyone know if this is possible? Or how we can hide the field altogether?
