We are currently using Oracle Fusion Payments for the generation and transmission of outbound bank files. We have observed that within the Payment File Administration user interface, the ability to view or download these transmitted files is limited to a short duration (approximately 72 hours).
For regulatory audit and compliance purposes, our client requires a "Single Source of Truth" where these exact transmitted files are archived and can be retrieved at any time (e.g., 6–12 months after the initial payment).
We are requesting clarification on the following:
System-Generated Archive: Aside from the temporary visibility in the Payment File UI, is there a specific internal repository or storage layer within Oracle Fusion where these outbound files are automatically archived upon generation?
