Restricting Expense Type Visibility Based on Job Role in Oracle Cloud Expenses

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement in the Expenses module regarding role-level visibility control for specific expense types.

Requirement:

The below expense types should be visible only to employees who are assigned with the job roles:

• Acting Driver
• Driver **** Supporting Staff

Expense Types:

• Holiday Allowance for Drivers
• Late Hour Allowance for Drivers

Currently, these expense types are visible to all users. We need to restrict the visibility so that only employees having the above-mentioned job roles can view and submit these expense types.

Kindly suggest the appropriate configuration or setup to achieve this role-based restriction in Oracle Cloud
