Can a new requisition type be created in Taleo (TEE) ?

Summary: We see that that there is a set of requisition type provided by Oracle Taleo and there is no option to create a requisition type. We now have a situation where we have used all the available requisition types and now need new one. So wanted to check if this is feasible in Taleo TEE. The oracle documentation no where mentions about this topic.
