Assign corporate card transactions using employee number instead of corporate card number

Current to assign corporate card transactions we are using last five digits of the corporate card number as all the other numbers will be masked. Due to that if any two users has same last five digits, transactions are getting assigned to incorrect user. So instead of using last five digits is it possible to use employee ID as well as the card number in assigning transactions.

Could anyone help in providing a solution for this.
