Expected behaviour of position override - when creating offer

Summary:

We have position syc enabled and the position override as well for the following. What is the expected behaviour after submitting? i noticed that whether i toggle or not any of the attributes, the fields can be overwritten.. it is editable on the Assignment Info secion
