Talent Review - Competencies and Performance rating

Hello,

We are about to start using "Talent Review" but several points are still unclear for me. I have watahced these Oracle Video first.

At our company ,we are evaluating Performance and Competencies using the Performance module.Then the rating is going into the employee profile so we can use it in Talent Review. Here are my questions :

• What will happened if the manager change the Performance Rating when preparing the content compare to the rating he gave during the annual evaluation?
• Same question : What will happened if during the Talent Review , an employee is being put to another Performance rating?
