Enabling Address Enhancement and Load Geographies before enabling USOPTE

Would this be an issue for Payroll processing since now the system will be using Oracle HCM Master Geographies?

Would it be an issue for Payroll if I enable the Address Validation feature (using Features by Country or Territory> Full address verification service) and Load Geographies one initial time, a week before actually enabling USOPTE?

Reason: We will have to wait until after Payroll finishes processing the previous pay period which would still be using Vertex, before we can officially do the switch to USOPTE in Prod. However we want to turn on Enhanced Address Validation a week prior so we can do some prep work to identify what addresses will be updated, reviewing errors etc. Would this be an issue for the current/middle of Payroll processing since now the system will be using Oracle HCM Master Geographies instead of Vertex?
