Problems upgrading my account

Summary:

I started to upgrade my account to Pay as you go on February 9. I was charged USD$100 in my credit card the same day, and as for today, I still have the message: "Your upgrade is in progress. You will receive an email confirmation when your upgrade is completed". It's been 11 days since I tried to upgrade but haven't received any confirmation, nor my account is still a free tier. I requested a sales call yesterday and today, but I haven't received one yet.
