E-Signature BPM Rule for Miscellaneous Transactions

Summary:

We have a requirement to configure an Approval BPM rule for Miscellaneous Transactions.

Our requirement is as follows:

  1. If the transaction type is selected as Miscellaneous Transaction, the transaction should be sent for approval.

OR

  1. We are planning to create a DFF (Descriptive Flexfield) based on the transaction type.
    • The DFF will appear only when the transaction type is *****DFF*****.
    • If the DFF value is selected as “Y”, the transaction should be sent for approval.

Could you please guide us on how to configure the BPM rule to meet this requirement?
