In Recruiting Redwood Create/Edit Job Requisition Page, Under Offer Info section we want to restrict Department LOV based on the selected Legal Employer.

In the Department Configuration, we have defined "Department Country" for each department.

Whenever a job requisition is created/edited, we want the Department field LOV to only show values based on the selected legal entity.

We thought of creating validation rule in VB but we have a huge list of departments and it would be lot many conditions to include for department+legal employer combination so not sure if the list would refresh properly or will have lag issues.
