ORC: Can Offer Letter template LOV be filtered by recruiter region (e.g., EMEA only)?

Hello,


We have a usability requirement on the Create/Edit Job Offer page. Recruiters in EMEA only use EMEA offer letter templates, but the Offer Letter dropdown currently shows templates for all other regions as well, which adds extra scrolling/clicks and increases selection risk.


Has anyone implemented a way to restrict or filter the Offer Letter template list so that EMEAI recruiters see only EMEAI templates in the LOV?
