Display Language Update Not Visible in Front End

Hello,

I was attempting to change the display name language to one of the options available in the dropdown under User Preferences. However, I do not see the language change reflected anywhere in the front end. Isnt it supposed to show me in everything based on the language selected ?

Could you please clarify where this change is expected to be reflected?
