How to test Enhanced BIP Notifications to Display Assignment Notes in Redwood Employment Processes

Hi Team,

Has anyone tested Feature 26A: Enhanced BIP Notifications to Display Assignment Notes in Redwood Employment Processes?

Oracle’s release notes say this change “applies to all Redwood employment flows where Notes are part of the notification content.” My assumption is that the Assignment Notes will appear only in notifications for employment transactions where “Assignment Notes” are already enabled in BI Publisher (BIP). However, we are not sure where to validate that this change is working.

Could you please help with:

  • Confirming which Redwood employment flows/transactions should display Assignment Notes in the notification
  • Advising where to check whether Assignment Notes are enabled for the relevant BIP notification templates
