Learning Subject Area and Organisation Structure Reporting Performance

Summary: Hi, we have an issue where trying to filter on Org Structure for Learning reporting results in the reports either timing out or taking 10+ minutes to run for a simple analytic.

We are using the Learning Records subject area and it doesnt matter if we join on learning management or workforce assignment to gain access to the org structure for filtering, the performance is just as bad as each other. If we use the Department from Learning records for filtering that's fine, however senior managers require access to filter on teams across the layers of organisation.
