UK Balance initialisation PTD initialised twice in April

As part of Data Migration, we loaded period to date Balance Initialization entries for Niable Pay and Niable by Category balances.

Post-load validation identified a duplicate balance entry for all of the Period to Date balances. There is one created effective 6th April 2025, in addition to an entry effective 1st April 2025. We understand that the 6th is due to the tax year to date balances for the Financial Year but the PTD balances are being initialised on the 1st and then also the 6th.

This results in the correct value on the 1st, but then on the 6th it initialises the same amount hence the total PTD is double what it should be. Which ultimately is affecting all Statutory absence calculations.
