Recommended approach to access "Comp Statement" by Managers and HR Admins

Summary:

Presently, our managers access the Compensation Statement through My Team Compensation. However, there is a bug that prevents them from viewing their team members’ compensation statements. When a manager clicks “View Total Compensation Statement” under a subordinate’s name, the system redirects them back to their own compensation statement instead.

Is there any alternative way to make this accessible, perhaps through Person Spotlight?

I understand that the Compensation Info quick action is available, but is that the only recommended option for managers to view their team members’ compensation statements?
