Is it possible to change the summary text in panel view for Redwood UI
in Sales
For context, we have some custom objects under the Accounts page (specifically the Customer Form custom object as shown in screenshot below). When there are no Customer Form records for an account, the panel summary shows the message: "As you add customer form records, you'll see them here."
Our team would like to customize some wording across multiple panel summaries. For example, in this case we would want to capitalize the “C” in “customer form” or change the phrase entirely.
Is it possible to modify these summary messages using VBCS or another tool?
