Mobile Fusion Expense - Sync procedure cannot proceed.

Summary:
I'm trying to use the Fusion Expense app (Android) under company PlayStore.
a) I was able to download and open the app (login page)
b) Login using basic authentication, the login is accepted but received the message "Error in user configuration. Sync procedure cannot proceed."
c) Login using SSO, after authentication I received a Web Error page 404.
