We need to create a custom role that allows users to run the Send Separate Remittance Advice process. This access is required for our Supplier Query Management team so they can re‑trigger remittance advice copies upon supplier request.

Currently, the privilege IBY_SUBMIT_SEPARATE_REMITTANCE_ADVICE_PRIV is bundled within the Payment Analyst seeded role. Assigning that role would give the team additional payment‑related permissions, which violates our SOD and internal control policies by granting them payment management access.
