Unable to see the expense template and expense item in the mobile app but we are able to see in UI

Summary: Unable to see the expense template in the mobile app
On call stipend expense item and templates are not visible in mobile app while the same is submitted in the UI and i have verified the item is assigned to BU and not end dated not able to understand which setup and configuration is missing
