Successfull released planned order, but work order record missing in supply orchestration

It is a make item; the planned order line doesn't have any release error in Supply Plan.

Successfully marked the item for release, saved this, Released the Supply Plan.

But after release, I'm unable to find this line in Supply Orchestration.

I was able to successfully release and generate work orders for another similar item, but for this item I'm unable to find a supply order anywhere. Tried multiple times, still the same result.

If anyone knows what the reason could be, please let me know. Thanks in advance!
