Hello,

We would like to understand how to configure the job offer approval workflow with the following requirements:

  • The offer should first be routed to the Hiring Manager for approval.
  • Once approved, it should then move to HR for approval.
  • If the offer is not approved within 5 days, it should automatically escalate to the Hiring Manager’s Manager (HM+1) and the Department HR for further action.

Could you please advise on how this approval and escalation logic can be configured in the system?
