How do I delete my OCI account?

Summary:

Just that. I want to delete/erase/remove/nuke my entire OCI account. Nothing works, I haven't been able to create an instance in years. I tried to create another account to start anew, but the system said it was a likely double account, and couldn't do it.

So… how do I start from zero?
