Why is the Edit action greyed out, for PER_ASG_LEG_DDF?

It used to be viewable. I want to know what the segment fields are supposed to store.

According Oracle Tables & Views for HCM, the segment PER_ASG_LEG_DDF does but it can no longer be viewed.

I tried setup and maintenance | Manage Descriptive Flexfields searched: PER_ASG_LEG_DDF and I cannot use 'Edit' to view anymore.

I want to know the purpose of per_all_assignments_m.asg_information1?

Where can I find what each field for the Affordable Care Act is stored and its purpose?
