From Email address for Sales Order document

Summary:

We want to use a generic noreply@XYZ .com where xyz.com is our domain in the from email address to send out sales order document. We changed the Order management parameter value but the emails are not sent at all. Emails were sent from Oracle defaulted value. Do we need to do any other configuration to achieve this? Oracle documentation does not clearly specify this.
