Display Department Title on all levels of Department Hierarchy OTBI

Summary: Need to pull a report of all levels of our Functional Department Hierarchy with Department level 1,2,3,4 Name, and Associated Department Title.

All of the levels exist in the list, however we want to display the title next to the level 1, Then the title, level 2 then title,3 then title, etc. I assume some sort of join would need to be added where if level1 department name exist, then display title; but not sure how to accomplish this.
