Is Development Goal Plan still being used or has it been replaced by Development Goals?

Hello,

We have a question on Development Plan and Development Goals.

Is Development Plan still in use as we can find only Development Goals in Goals Center or Career Development?

Below is a screenshot of Career Development on a DEMO instance:
There is no Development Plan.

We checked in Goals Center as well, we found Goal Plan but it contains only performance goals.

When we add a new goal plan in this section, we have to choose a review period which proves that this is a performance goal plan.

We want to know whether Development Goal Plan is still being used today, if yes where can we find it?
