How to Pull Questionnaire Responses as Tokens into a BIP-Generated Letter?

Summary:

We’re implementing a “Change in Working Hours / Change in Location” that begins with an employee‑completed questionnaire. The questionnaire captures key details about the employee’s requested change.

As part of this process, we want to generate a journey letter (via BI Publisher) that automatically pulls specific values from the questionnaire—essentially using tokens/attributes from the questionnaire as merge fields in the BIP letter.

Has anyone implemented this before?I’m looking for guidance on:

• How to identify and extract questionnaire attributes for use as tokens
• How to reference those attributes within a BIP letter template
• Any setup steps or limitations to be aware of when mapping questionnaire responses into communications
