Is the interactive dashboard SMS sent report track the SMS sent counts based on SMS char limit split

Hi There,

Regarding Interactive dashboard report for SMS campaign we have a question.

There is a SMS campaign which contain total 200 char text, As per the guideline if the SMS campaign has more than 160 char then SMS will split and sent out to customer in 2 SMS right.
The same above SMS campaign if I target for 10 customers then SMS counts will be 20 right
Then in this case the interactive dashboard report for the above SMS campaign will track SMS sent as 10 counts or 20 counts?

One more question in this case how to check how many SMS sent counts has been charged for each SMS
