Aside from OwnerEmailAddress, is there any field in account to update sales team member in CRM?

Summary:

Currently facing a data discrepancy in Sales Team Member of accounts in CRM. The source application is not storing the OwnerEmailAddress that can be used in integrating account owner updates via REST API.

In order for us to automatically update the owner in account level, is by using the OwnerEmailAddress.


Since the email that is accepted in CRM is not stored from the source, what field can we use instead? Or any work around to update the account owner in account level via REST API.
