Is there a way to Automate the information for Updates and Registration?

Summary:

There is a business requirement to automatically update the supplier information within the system. There is no other application involved, only Oracle itself. They would like to remove the manual updates in the supplier profile. Also the registration process if there's a way to automate it.

Please advise if this is feasible.
