UCM CHECKIN_UNIVERSAL fails with insufficient privileges on account fin$/fla$/import$

in ERP Integrations

We are calling WebCenter Content SOAP service /idcws/GenericSoapPort using CHECKIN_UNIVERSAL to upload a Lease Accounting FBDI ZIP file into:

  • Security Group: FAFusionImportExport
  • Account: fin$/fla$/import$

The request fails with:

Content item '(null)' was not successfully checked in.User does not have sufficient privileges to access the content account 'fin$/fla$/import$'.

We have verified that the user has the following roles:

  • ORA_FND_FILE_IMPORT_AND_EXPORT_DUTY
  • Application Implementation Consultant
  • Full Financial Admin roles
