Cloud Payroll Mexico: Simplified End-to-End Payroll Flow to Generate the CFDI XML Payroll File

Overview

This guide provides a ready-to-use flow definition, “MX Simplified Payroll Cycle” containing all required processes to produce the CFDI XML payroll file in Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll for Mexico. The flow sequence includes:

• Calculate Payroll
• Calculate Prepayments
• Archive Periodic Payroll Results
• Make EFT Payments
• Generate CFDI Payslips

The flow is delivered as a Fusion Applications Configuration Package (ZIP).
