Closed Reconciliations OPENED in ARCS after mapping change

Summary: Closed Reconciliations OPENED in ARCS after mapping change, even recs which had nothing to do with the mapping change

We had made some mapping change regarding our INDIA entity, we were expecting that some recs where we have this entity in the mapping will reopen as the effect of the mapping change. There are multiple recs reopened some of them had nothing to do with this Indian Entity.

As example there is a recs for one of our US entity Accrued 401k Benefit and it has been reopened after mapping change and data load, but this reconciliation has no balances with our India entity.
