Oracle Fusion Cloud with MFA

I’ve enabled MFA for Oracle Fusion Financials (26A), and it works fine. However, I’d like to create my own rules or modify the seeded rules. Which rules should I edit?

For example, I have User Categories I, II, and III. Category I users should be prompted for MFA every time they sign in, Category II users once a month, and Category III users once every three months.

Any help or comments would be greatly appreciated.
