Refresh job - Reevaluate eligibility automatically selects Reevaluate Assignment Segment Eligibility

Summary:

When submitting the “Refresh Workforce Compensation Plan” process, the option “Reevaluate Assignment Segment Eligibility” along with a few other options is getting selected automatically, even though the user is not choosing them manually.

I would like to check in Oracle Customer Connect by asking the community if this behavior is expected. We have not configured the Reevaluate Assignment Segment Eligibility option, so I would like to understand whether that could be causing any issues.
