Could we determine how many users are using the Recruiting Activity Centre to perform actions inORC?

Is there a way to identify which users are performing actions from the Recruiting Activity Center (RAC) in ORC and to extract usage metrics (e.g., unique users, actions by type, time period)? Any pointers to subject areas, columns, or reports would be appreciated. Thank you!
