Incumbent Name is not a hyperlink in Redwood Position Pages

Summary:

In RUI Position details page, the incumbent name is a hyperlink which navigates to the Job summary page. In redwood positions page the incumbent name and details just displayed but no hyperlink.

This is a change in experience for our users and increases the number of clicks to go to the desired page if job summary page is not accessible from positions page. Is this configurable?
