Redwood Terminate Employment – “Change transaction date? Your changes won’t be saved” popup message.
Hello,
We are using the Redwood Resignation/ Termination pages in Oracle HCM Cloud (Release 26A).
When processing a Resignation, if the worker’s Line Manager changes the Termination Date, the system displays the following popup message:
“Change transaction date? Your changes won’t be saved.”
However, after clicking Continue, the updated date is actually saved.
This creates confusion for users because:
- The message states that changes won’t be saved
- But the newly entered termination date remains
Is there any way to disable this popup or modify the message text?
