Pricing updates not reflected in Subscription

Summary:

Each time we update the pricing setups at the Pricing side (even creating price for a new item) , the existing item prices stop showing in the Subscription.The Total Contract Value becomes 0 After we delete and add the items again in the price lists, the issue gets resolved.

This is consuming too much of our time since after every change, our pricing becomes 0 in the Subscription.

How do we fix this problem, so that the prices reflect in real time.
