Redwood Convert Pending Worker flow not generating the HM from Recruiting as the Line Manager

Summary:

After transitioning to the Redwood Pages for Recruiting and Edit/Convert Pending Worker, the hiring manager from a requisition/offer is not being populated at the Line Manager in the Manager Section of the Edit/Covert Pending Worker workflows. We do not utilize position hierarchy and in the responsive UI, the hiring manager from the req/offer would always populate + default at the Line Manager for a pending worker. We expect the same functionality in Redwood.
