Refresh button not available in Redwood Purchasing pages

As we continue enabling Redwood pages across Procurement and SCM, we’ve noticed that several Redwood pages do not include a visible Refresh button, whereas the equivalent classic pages did.

In the classic UI, users could manually click Refresh to re-query and ensure the latest data was displayed without needing to navigate away and return to the page. In Redwood, this option appears to be missing.

Is there currently a way to enable a Refresh button in Redwood pages? If not, is this functionality planned for a future update?
