"Personal Details" is not consistently returning "Former Last Name" when queried

Summary:

Our users rely heavily on Person Management (Classic), and we have been advised that Personal Details is intended to serve as an alternative for locating employees by their Former Last Name. However, in practice, Personal Details (Redwood) is inconsistent for this purpose, and even Person Management appears to struggle with this functionality.

I would appreciate clarification on Oracle’s long-term approach now that Person Management is deprecated. Will Oracle be providing new forms or interfaces to replace this functionality, or are there specific equivalent screens that users should transition to in the interim? Please advise.
