Mask SSN on 1095-C Form fails for digital delivery

Summary:

Social Security Numbers are not masked on digitally delivered (i.e. Document Records) 1095-C.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

LDG, PSU, and TRU are configured to mask all SSNs. (Per documentation.)

The 1095-C flow in Final mode,

• masks SSNs in the bulk PDF generated (for printed delivery), but
• does not mask SSNs in PDFs added to employee Document Records (i.e. digital delivery).

Using delivered templates; no customizations.
