Hourly Rate Element Entry Pay Value for a 0.4 FTE Reflects Annualized Full-Time Salary
Summary:
We recently noticed that a new hire whose FTE is 0.4, their Hourly Rate Element Entry's Pay Value shows the Annualized Full-Time Salary instead of their Actual Salary. We think what might have happened is their pending worker record's FTE was set to 1.0 and when they were pushed over to HR to be converted to an Employee the system may have used the Annualized Full-Time Salary for the 1.0 FTE instead of pulling the actual Annual salary for the 0.4 FTE.
A payroll has run with the Annualized Full-Time Salary showing on their Hourly Rate Element Entry and they are being paid correctly.
