Best approach to manage country-specific values in a custom field (Termination transaction)?

Summary:

Hi everyone,

The client has requested a custom field in the Termination transaction.

While reviewing the configuration, I noticed that the field does not accept, in the value set, a lookup that uses country codes in the tag.

Since we need to manage different values for multiple countries, what would be the recommended approach in this scenario?
