Trying to create account rule with Value set type in case to map department segment in chargeaccount

Summary:

I am trying to map one segment of charge account,(Cost center)

i create rule with type ( value set ) and create DFF with the same value set of the segment in charge account, when i create a mapping set for the same new DFF it give me a warning "

The input source XCC_ATTRIBUTE3 has no associated value set defined. Do you want to continue using value set JIB_DEPARTMENT_VS for this input source

and when trying to activate the transaction definition if gives error

The mapping set ValueSet2 in the account definition JIB uses the source XCC_ATTRIBUTE3 which isn't assigned to the account type Charge Account.
