My Help search showing attachments even though they’re disabled
Summary:
We enabled Redwood Authoring in our test environment and noticed during testing that the My Help search results are returning attachments, even though we have disabled them (CSO_ENABLE_INDEX_ARTICLE_ATTACHMENTS is set to No).
Our customer does not want attachments to appear in search results, and this configuration is currently in place in the Production environment.
Has anyone else encountered this issue?
